Terms & Conditions

  1. In these following Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following words and expressions shall have the following meanings:
    “Nando’s Card”(Card) is issued by Nando’s Singapore to Member(s). “Member” or “Members” means individual(s) who has been accepted by Nando’s Singapore as participating member(s) of the Program in accordance to the Terms and Conditions herein: “Peri-vileges” means the products, services, rewards, gifts or other benefits made available by Nando’s Singapore under a reward program established by Nando’s Singapore which may be redeemed by Members. “Peri Points”(Points) means the points awarded to Members for purchases at all Nando’s Singapore outlets and points used to make a Peri-vileges redemption. “Program” means the Nando’s Peri-vileges Card Program operated by Nando’s Singapore. “Website” means the website owned and operated by Nando’s Singapore in relation to the Nando’s Peri-vileges Card Program and located at www.nandos.com.sg/nandoscard or at such other domain name registered by Nando’s Singapore.
  2. The Program is operated by Nando’s Chickenland Singapore Pte Ltd (Co.Reg. 200208378D) of 85A Killiney Road, Singapore 239532. Nando’s Cards are issued by, and shall at all times remain the property of Nando’s Chickenland Singapore Pte Ltd.
  3. Membership is open to individuals who are 18 years of age and above. Residents of Singapore are allowed to register one Nando’s Card per National Registration Identity Card; non-residents are allowed to register one Nando’s Card per passport number.
  4. Nando’s Card is a privilege card and is strictly non-transferable. It is not a credit card, debit card or a charge card.
  5. Applicants agree to abide at all times with the prevailing Terms & Conditions of Nando’s Peri-vileges Card Program as listed below upon becoming a Nando’s Card member. These Terms and Conditions (including the Policy and Privacy and Data Protection) govern the award and use of Peri Points by members, and set out the terms of agreement between Nando’s Singapore and each Member with regards to the Program. Nando’s Singapore may, in its sole discretion decide and without the need to assign any reason, refuse an application made by any person to be a Member.
  6. Nando’s Singapore reserves the right to alter and amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and from time to time as it deems fit at its absolute discretion and without prior notification to Members. Earning or redeeming Peri Points by Members will constitute acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions. Failure to observe the Terms and Conditions stated herein by a Member may result in termination of Membership.
  7. Nando’s Singapore reserves the right to, at any time, vary or terminate the Program or any Peri-vileges under the Program or withdraw the Nando’s Card from use without prior notification to Members and without being liable in any way to Members. Nando’s Singapore may, at its sole discretion, remove any or all Members from the Program at any time.
  8. Nando’s Card can be purchased by cash or selected credit cards at any Nando’s outlet in Singapore.
  9. Applicants must first register their full contact details either by posting the completed registration card attached to the Welcome Pack to the address indicated or by submitting the online registration form on the website.
  10. Applicants who do not complete their registration process will not be eligible to enjoy the Nando’s Peri-vileges.
  11. Member may only utilise the Card and enjoy Nando’s Peri-vileges after 2 working days upon registration and activation of the Card via Website.
  12. Members must produce a valid identification as and when required. Nando’s Singapore reserves the right to decline the issue of a new card application and to withdraw any existing card membership at any time without prior notice.
  13. Members are responsible for informing Nando’s Singapore by updating their personal details on the Website, when there is a change of personal particulars. Nando’s Singapore will not be held accountable for any consequences and loss of benefits resulting therewith from card holder’s non-conformance.
  14. There shall be no accumulation of Points for backdated receipts, special savings, offers, bulk catering or corporate sales, unless otherwise stated.
  15. Peri Points accumulation will begin from nil. Members are advised to keep all Nando’s Singapore receipts for at least six (6) months of each qualifying period, in the event of discrepancies in the accumulated Points.
  16. Members must present their Nando’s Card before payment to enjoy Peri-vileges. Failure to do so may result in the loss of certain Nando’s Card benefits.
  17. Peri Points are not transferable or exchangeable for cash and can only be used for redemption of freebies available in the Nando’s Peri-vileges Card Program. Peri Points will expire on the end of the following calendar year.
  18. Points will be awarded at the rate determined by Nando’s Singapore when a Member makes any dine-in, take-away or delivery purchase (except Room Service Deliveries, vouchers or any transaction through any Nando’s Singapore’s 3rd party supplier) from all Nando’s Singapore outlets. Nando’s Singapore may alter the method and rate at which Peri Points are awarded at its discretion from time to time.Each Peri Point is equivalent to the value of SGD1.00 or such or value as Nando’s Singapore may revise from time to time.
  19. No replacement will be given nor will Nando’s Singapore bear the responsibility of abuse of lost or stolen card. A Member may purchase and activate a new Nando’s Card if their Card is lost or stolen. The Peri Points balance at the time the Nando’s Card was lost or stolen may (at the sole discretion of Nando’s Singapore) be transferred to the new Nando’s Card.
  20. A Member may redeem some or all his/her Peri Points for Peri-vileges subject to the Member complying with the procedures for redemption. Peri Points may be redeemed for Peri-vileges through the Website.
  21. Redemption of Peri-Vileges Points will be processed after the application details for redemption has been received by Nando’s Singapore. Once a redemption has been accepted by Nando’s Singapore, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned. On confirmation of redemption, Peri Points redeemed will be deducted from the Member’s account.
  22. All redemption rewards made by members, will be in the forms of eVoucher or SMS.
  23. For Birthday, Peri Day & Peri-versary rewards, members will be sent in the forms of eVoucher or SMS.
  24. All vouchers are valid for dine-in only.
  25. Present E-vouchers or SMS VCode in printed copy or flash it on your mobile upon ordering.
  26. Peri Points cannot be redeemed until they are credited into the Membership account of the Member. Peri Points will be recorded in the Member’s account only after 1 hour from the time Peri Points are issued.
  27. Nando’s Singapore may, at its discretion, replace or substitute any advertised Peri-vileges with a similar Peri-vileges.
  28. The redemptions and benefits of Nando’s Card will only be available at all Nando’s stores within Singapore only.
  29. A Member may check his/ her latest accumulated Peri Points from the receipt printed or online at the Website.
  30. In the event of a failure or breakdown of any equipment or system used in connection with the Nando’s Peri-vileges Card Program, Nando’s Singapore may refuse request for redemption or to award Peri Points on any transaction. Nando’s Singapore shall not be responsible or liable in any manner in the event Peri Points are not awarded or redemption cannot be made or a
  31. Member is unable to check his/her Peri Points, due to any failure in the equipment or system used in connection with the Program.
  32. The use of the Website is at the Members’ risk. Members are responsible for the security of their user login and password. Nando’s Singapore accepts no liability for the disclosure of the user login or password by the Member to a third party, whether intentionally or not. Nando’s Singapore reserves the right to block a Member from accessing his/her account online if Nando’s Singapore has reasonable grounds to suspect that fraud or misconduct has been committed by the Member or a third party.
  33. While Nando’s Singapore uses reasonable efforts to include up to date information in the Website and in all its publications, Nando’s Singapore makes no warranties or representations as to their accuracy, reliability, completeness or otherwise. The contents, materials, products or other services available in Nando’s Singapore publications or accessible through the Website are on “as is” and “as available” basis. Nando’s Singapore disclaims all warranties (express or implied) including but not limited to, merchantability, fitness for purpose and non-infringement, in relation to the contents, materials, products or other services published in any of its publications or available on the Website. Nando’s Singapore does not warrant that the Website will be error-free, free of viruses, bugs or other harmful components or access to the Website will be uninterrupted. Members are responsible to implement security measures in their computers before accessing the Website.Nando’s Singapore shall not be liable in any way for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, consequential or other damages howsoever arising out of (i) the use of, or access to, the Website; or (ii) delay or inability to use or access the Website; or (iii) for any content, information, material, products or services published in, posted on, advertised in or obtained through 
  34. Nando’s Singapore publications or the Website.
    Notification of any matter in relation to the Nando’s Peri-vileges Card Program shall be deemed given to Members if it is made via any one of the methods below:
    • by posting on the Program Website; or
    • by posting on a social media site; or
    • by sending an email to Members who have provided email address to Nando’s Singapore; or
    • by publication in a newspaper; or
    • by text messaging (SMS); or
    • sending by ordinary post to the last known address of Members appearing in Nando’s Singapore records.

  35. Nando’s Singapore will only be liable to a Member (and not any other third party) who suffers loss in connection with the Program arising from Peri Points being wrongly deducted or non-credit of Peri Points entitled by a Member and in such a case, Nando’s Singapore sole liability will be limited to crediting to the relevant Member’s account such Peri Points which have been wrongly deducted or should have been credited but were not. Nando’s Singapore shall not be responsible where: (i) there is no breach of a legal duty of care owed to such Member by Nando’s Singapore or by any of Nando’s Singapore employees, staffs, authorized personnel or agents; or (ii) such loss or damage is not a reasonably foreseeable result of any such breach at the time Nando’s Singapore enters into this agreement with such Member; or (iii) any increase in loss or damage resulting from breach by such Member of the Program.
  36. Nando’s Singapore is not responsible or liable to the Members for indirect, consequential or economic losses, loss of profits, loss of opportunity or punitive damages of any kind.
  37. Nando’s Singapore may further establish rules, procedures and policies in relation to any matter regarding the Program, all of which shall form part of the Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions as set out herein shall prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other documents, statements, rules, procedures, policies or communications, issued by Nando’s Singapore, including FAQ, advertising or promotional materials.
  38. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore and Members shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
  39. Members are required to accumulate minimum 50 Peri Points; in order to enjoy the above Peri-vileges.
  40. POLICY ON PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION 
    Nando’s Singapore will collect personal information provided by Members when they sign up with Nando’s Singapore as Members and any additional information provided to Nando’s Singapore from time to time in connection with services, feedback or surveys relating to the Program. Members’ information will also be collected when Members use their Nando’s Card. Nando’s Singapore will ensure that Members’ information will be held, retained and used in compliance with all data protection laws.

    Members’ information will be used by Nando’s Singapore and entities providing services for Nando’s Singapore (including consultants, agents, data processors, vendors, supplier of Rewards) for use in connection with management and operation of the Program (including without limitation, identification of Members, communication with Members, resolving a dispute, fulfilling Members’ redemption requests, participation in promotional activities, surveys or contests) and for research and statistical purposes to analyze customer profile, behaviour, trends and activities. Nando’s Singapore will also disclose Members’ information to the relevant parties or authorities as required by, and in compliance with, any applicable laws, rules, regulations, directives or orders.

    Nando’s Singapore will observe all rights granted to Members under all data protection laws. Members are responsible to ensure that all information provided to Nando’s Singapore is accurate and kept up to date. If there is any change of address or other details of Members, Members must notify Nando’s Singapore at the contact particulars below to correct such information. Members are therefore recommended to check the information provided to Nando’s Singapore to ensure that they are accurate. Nando’s Singapore will update Members’ records upon notification by Members of change of address or other details.

    Nando’s Singapore may use Members’ information to send materials to or contact Members on special offers, exclusive gifts, promotions, events, surveys, research and other news about products and services (“marketing programmes”) of Nando’s Singapore which may be of interest to Members through post, emails, telephone calls, text messaging or other means of communication. Members may at any time request Nando’s Singapore to stop sending the marketing programmes or to cease sharing Members’ information with other parties for direct marketing purposes by notifying Nando’s Singapore at the contact particulars below. Members who do not wish to receive further marketing materials from Nando’s Singapore will still receive communications from Nando’s Singapore about the Program, Membership entitlements and benefits.
